January McKinleyville Arts Night
At The Front Gallery & Gifts, 1181 Central Avenue, see featured artist Orion Siris, with his eclectic mix of celestial rock and Psychedelic visuals. Like a journey through the constellations, Orion will take your mind beyond imagination and the limits of inspiration.
Down the street in the Miller Business Park, Mirador Glass will be featuring "A Premier Collection of Historic Northern California Photographs". This collection has more than 70,000 photographs collected and reprinted by Greg Rumney, a.k.a. "The Old Photo Guy." Mirador will also They will also be hosting a silent auction of local art as a fundraiser benefiting the Temple Beth El Youth Leadership Program, for the Jewish Youth Group Exchange. Across the business park Eternal Source Glass Art Studio in the Community Art Workshop will be displaying "Metal Translations" Elizabeth Lipski's premiere solo show of metal jewelry. The Studio is also proud to feature Willow Creek's Sentinal Winery, who will be introducing their award winning wines to McKinleyville, pouring pinot, syrah and merlot for Arts Night.
At Blake's Books, 2005 Central Avenue, view oil paintings by Julie Clark. Across the street at the McKinleyville Shopping Center, Ramone's will be displaying drawings on copper and mixed media by Dean Smith. North Coast Gallery and Picture Framing will be exhibiting paintings by Linda Parkinson. Plaza Design will be displaying acrylic paintings on canvas by Annalisa McLaughlin. They will also be featuring acoustic guitar and vocals by Arte Brown.
